Paid plans differ by academy size, not features. Pay yearly and get two months free. The price shown is the price charged: no setup fee, nothing added. When a parent pays your club by card, Stripe’s card fee is shown to them as a separate line at checkout; your club is not charged.

What is Klubo?
Club software for youth academies. Members, classes, attendance, packages, renewals and payments live in one record, and Klubo shows you the dollars it recovered from fees that would otherwise have slipped.
Who is Klubo built for?
Singapore academies where kids train, parents pay, and students enrol by term: fencing, martial arts, gymnastics, dance, swim and music. It is not built for adult gyms or volunteer teams.
Do I need my member records ready?
No. Your club works from the moment you sign up. Add members one by one, or import your spreadsheet whenever it suits you. Names, packages, sessions left and renewal dates come across in one import, and anything Klubo can't read with certainty is shown to you rather than guessed. Rather not do it yourself? Send Max your list — any spreadsheet, export or a photo of it — and it is in Klubo within one working day.
Switching mid-term, or prepaid somewhere else?
You don’t have to switch in a busy week. Run Klubo beside your current system while it runs out: we move your list across, you keep taking attendance where you are, and you can see lapsing packages as soon as your students are in. Parents don’t need to do anything until you’re ready to invite them. And if your students aren’t in yet, your free trial doesn’t run out on you.
Why not just a spreadsheet and WhatsApp?
A spreadsheet only knows what someone remembered to type. Klubo counts sessions down as you mark attendance, flags a second missed class in a row, lists whose package runs out this week, and counts a payment only once you confirm it. You still message parents on WhatsApp; Klubo tells you who to message.
What happens after the 30 days?
Every new academy gets 30 days of the full Klubo, no card needed. The 30 days restart the day you bring your first students in, so a slow start costs you nothing. When they end, your academy moves to Klubo Free: up to 50 students, classes and attendance, packages, the parent app and PayNow, with no time limit. Nothing locks and nothing is deleted. Subscribe whenever you want the money tools.
What if we stop?
Cancel in Klubo yourself, without asking us: Club → Klubo plan → Manage billing. Your club keeps working to the end of the month or year you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Your records stay yours to export. And your first month is guaranteed: tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Refund policy.
