From signing up to running your first class
Do I need my member records ready?
No. Your club works from the moment you sign up — add members one by one, or import your spreadsheet whenever it suits you. If you’d rather look before you leap, the free Club Health Check reads a spreadsheet privately in your browser.
Can I run a Health Check myself?
Yes. If you already have a spreadsheet, you can run a private browser-only check. Your file stays on your device.
How do we move from our current system?
Export your member list from whatever you use today and upload it — most platform exports work exactly as they are. Names, packages, remaining session balances and renewal dates all come across in one import, and anything Klubo can’t read with certainty is shown to you rather than guessed. Your club is usable the same day.
What does the 14-day trial include?
Every feature is included and no card is needed to begin. When the trial ends, the club is locked until you subscribe; your data remains available to export.
Where is our data handled?
The optional spreadsheet Health Check runs in your browser and does not upload the file. For Klubo itself, read the privacy policy and terms before starting.
