Most academies stay on a tool that no longer fits them for one reason: moving is a weekend of typing, and a message to every parent. So we do the move. You send what you have today; within 48 hours your members, packages and fees are in Klubo, and you get a picture of what the old system was quietly losing you before you commit to anything.
Whatever your records live in right now. There is no template to fill in and no “clean it up first”. We have moved clubs from all of these:
Day one: we set up your club — programmes, packages and the words you use for your students and coaches — and load your records. Day two: you check the roster against what you know, we fix anything that does not match, and you go live. You do not create a single login by hand: parents get a link to claim their own account and see their child, their sessions and what is owed.
Nobody switches blind. Before you move for good, you see the Health Check on your own data — the students who have quietly stopped coming, the packages that have lapsed, the fees nobody chased — with the dollar figure next to each. That is the number the whole decision should be judged against.
Run Klubo beside your current system for a couple of weeks. Take attendance in both if you like. Nothing in Klubo asks you to cancel anything, and if you decide not to continue, your records are exported back to you as a spreadsheet and deleted — no lock-in, no argument.
Klubo works in Singapore dollars with PayNow, and in ringgit with DuitNow for clubs in Malaysia. Prices by club size are on the pricing page; the move itself is not charged for.
Forty-eight hours from the moment you send your records. Day one we set up the club and load your members, packages and fees; day two you check the roster and go live. Clubs with unusual data sometimes take a little longer, and we say so upfront rather than after.
That is normal — most clubs keep members in one sheet, fees in another, and attendance in a coach’s head. Send all of it. Part of the move is reconciling those into one member record, and we tell you what did not match so you can decide what is true.
No. Once the roster is in, each parent gets a link to claim their own account and see their child’s sessions and fees. Nobody at the club creates logins by hand, and children are profiles under a parent rather than accounts of their own.
Yes. Run both side by side for a couple of weeks; nothing in Klubo asks you to cancel anything. If you decide not to continue, your data is exported back to you as a spreadsheet and deleted from Klubo.
No. The move is part of onboarding and is not charged for. Klubo itself is priced by club size, with every feature in every plan and no setup fee — see the pricing page for current rates.
