Run your whole academy
from here.

Made for Singapore academies where kids train and parents pay. Klubo catches lapsed packages, quiet drop-offs and unpaid fees — and shows you the dollars it got back.

A real week in Klubo — attendance, packages, renewals, payments and everything else you track, in one place.

From the founder
“I built Klubo after watching academies lose good members — and real money — to details nobody saw in time.”

I’m Max. Klubo does the watching, so coaches can coach.

Sound familiar?

Not more software. A calmer way to run the academy.

  • A student quietly stops coming, and nobody notices until the term is over.
  • A package lapses and the renewal conversation never happens.
  • “Did they pay this month?” takes three people and a WhatsApp thread.

Klubo counts the dollars it saves you.

Lapsed packages chased. Fees followed up instead of forgotten. Drop-offs flagged while there is still a term to save. This number sits on your home screen from day one — and Klubo’s job is to make it grow.

New — the Klubo app

Klubo is on the App Store and Google Play.

Coaches mark attendance from the training floor, and parents carry the schedule, packages and payments in their pocket.

What it does

Three clear jobs for a growing academy.

Run classes with confidence

Mark attendance in seconds. Packages count down on their own, and a second missed class is flagged before it becomes a lost member.

Keep renewals visible

Every package and term shows when it runs out — so the renewal conversation happens before a family quietly drops away.

Keep payment truth clear

Parents can say they’ve paid; you confirm it before Klubo counts the money. No more “I transferred it last week, check again?”

Frequently asked questions

What is Klubo?

Club software for youth academies. Members, classes, attendance, packages, renewals and payments live in one record — and Klubo shows you the dollars it recovered from fees that would otherwise have slipped.

Who is Klubo built for?

Singapore academies where kids train, parents pay, and students enrol by term — fencing, martial arts, gymnastics, dance, swim and music. It is not built for adult gyms or volunteer teams.

Do I need my member records ready?

No. Your club works from the moment you sign up — add members one by one, or import your spreadsheet whenever it suits you. Export your list from whatever you use today: names, packages, sessions left and renewal dates come across in one import, and anything Klubo can’t read with certainty is shown to you rather than guessed.

What does the 14-day trial include?

Every feature, no card needed to begin. When the trial ends, the club is locked until you subscribe; your data stays available to export.

What do parents see?

Their child’s sessions left, the class schedule, attendance, and a PayNow QR to renew. A parent can say they have paid; your academy confirms it before Klubo counts the money.

Where is our data handled?

The optional spreadsheet Club Health Check runs in your browser and never uploads the file. For Klubo itself, read the privacy policy and terms before starting.
